产业链、人才链、教育链的深度耦合，是破解当前乡村产业升级动能不足与人才供给结构失衡双重困境的关键抓手。在全面推进乡村振兴背景下，立足乡村发展现实需求与职业教育功能定位，以“三链融合”为理论框架，系统剖析职业教育赋能乡村特色产业与人才培育的价值意蕴、现实困境，遵循“产业需求导向、人才精准供给、教育创新支撑”的逻辑主线，从产业链筑基、人才链提质、教育链赋能三个维度，构建“全链条贯通、多主体协同、深层次融合”的实践路径，为推动职业教育创新发展、强化乡村振兴人才与产业支撑提供理论支撑与实践参考。

The in-depth integration of the industrial chain, talent chain, and education chain is the key to solving the dual dilemmas of insufficient momentum for rural industrial upgrading and unbalanced talent supply structure. Against the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, based on the actual needs of rural development and the functional positioning of vocational education, and taking the "integration of three chains" as the theoretical framework, this paper analyzes the value and practical problems of vocational education in promoting the development of rural characteristic industries and talent training. In accordance with the idea of "taking industrial demand as the orientation, accurately supplying talents, and taking educational innovation as the support", it constructs a practical path of full-chain connection, multi-subject collaboration, and in-depth integration from three aspects: consolidating the industrial chain, upgrading the talent chain, and empowering the education chain, providing theoretical basis and practical reference for the innovative development of vocational education and strengthening the talent and industrial support for rural revitalization.
