人工智能深度重构教育生态与产业形态，教师的智能素养已从教育现代化的局部“可选能力”升维为影响数字教育高质量发展的核心要素。结合国家教育数字化相关文件导向，聚焦高职教师智能素养提升，论证其时代价值，创新性构建了“四维-三层-动态”提升模型，从理念更新、知识扩容、技能精进、实践锤炼四个方向，探索可落地的提升路径，为高职教师智能素养发展提供理论参照与实践范式。

Artificial intelligence has profoundly reconstructed the educational ecology and industrial form, and teachers' intelligent literacy has evolved from a partial "optional ability" in educational modernization to a core element affecting the high-quality development of digital education. Combined with the core orientation of relevant national documents on digital empowerment of education, this study focuses on the improvement of intelligent literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges, demonstrates its contemporary value, innovatively constructs a "four-dimensional, three-level and dynamic" improvement model, and explores practical and feasible improvement paths from four aspects: concept renewal, knowledge expansion, skill improvement and practice tempering. It provides a theoretical reference and practical paradigm for the development of teachers' intelligent literacy in higher vocational colleges.
