朋辈心理工作室作为高职院校心理健康教育工作的重要阵地，在“五育并举”视域下建设与发展，能够更好地满足学生的成长需求，提升心理育人的实效性，落实立德树人。探讨当前高职院校朋辈心理工作室建设的必要性和存在的问题，并基于五育并举的理念提出了具体的建设路径，旨在为高职院校朋辈心理工作室的创新发展提供参考。

As an important platform for mental health education in vocational colleges, peer psychology studios are built and developed under the perspective of all round education which can better meet the growth needs of students, enhance the effectiveness of psychological education, and implement the concept of moral education. This article explores the necessity and existing problems of constructing peer psychology studios in vocational colleges,and proposes specific construction paths based on the concept of all-round education, aiming to provide reference for the innovative development of peer psychology studios in vocational colleges.
