针对智慧文旅产业与产教融合背景下，当前高职学生职业能力画像在内容维度泛化、数据来源校本位及评价理念终结性等方面存在的结构性问题，引入“成长增值”理念，构建了一种“经纬交织”的动态职业能力画像模型。以专业技术技能等五个维度构成“横向纬线”以精准刻画能力结构，并以“初始诊断—过程追踪—增值评价”为“纵向经线”以动态追踪其发展轨迹。旨在为新兴产业领域高职复合型技术技能人才培养提供一种兼具理论支撑与实践可行性的评价新范式，为深化产教融合与推进职业教育评价改革提供参考。

Addressing the structural problems in current vocational competency portraits for higher vocational students—within the context of the smart culture and tourism industry and industry-education integration—such as the generalization of content dimensions, an over-reliance on school-based data sources, and the summative nature of the evaluation philosophy, this paper introduces the concept of 'growth value-added' and constructs a dynamic vocational competency portrait model termed the 'Warp and Weft' model. The model utilizes five dimensions, including professional technical skills, as the 'horizontal weft' to precisely delineate the competency structure. Concurrently, it employs an 'initial diagnosis-process tracking-value-added evaluation' loop as the 'vertical warp' to dynamically track the developmental trajectory of these competencies. This research aims to provide a new evaluation paradigm—one that is both theoretically sound and practically feasible—for the cultivation of composite technical and skilled talents in emerging industrial fields. It seeks to contribute to the deepening of industry-education integration and the advancement of evaluation reform in vocational education.
