北极地区复杂的海冰冰情条件严重影响着戴维斯海峡的可通航性,不同冰级的船舶在不同冰情的水域航行时面临不同的航行风险。基于北极冰制航行系统(AIRSS)所计算冰数(IN)和人工势场法,结合戴维斯海峡的海冰密集度和生长阶段信息,完成了对戴维斯海峡的航行风险量化,计算戴维斯海峡区域的风险指数。结合人工势场法将可进入并接受监督区域视为排斥力区域,而海峡航行目的地视为吸引力区域,根据所求风险等级,结合冰数评估海峡综合海冰风险。从而生成戴维斯海峡区域避开高风险海冰区域前提下的最短航线,提高了航行的安全性及效率。
Abstract:The complex sea ice conditions in the Arctic region seriously affect the navigability of Davis Strait, and ships with different ice classes face different navigational risks when navigating in waters with different ice conditions. Based on the ice number(IN) calculated by the Arctic Ice Making Navigation System(AIRSS) and artificial potential field method,combined with the information of sea ice density and growth stage in Davis Strait, this paper completed the quantification of navigation risk in Davis Strait, and calculated the risk index of Davis Strait region. Combined with the artificial potential field method, the accessible and supervised area is regarded as the repulsive area, while the strait navigation destination is regarded as the attractive area. The comprehensive sea ice risk of the strait is evaluated according to the risk grade and ice number. Thus, the shortest route avoiding/to avoid the high-risk sea ice area in the Davis Strait region is generated, which improves the safety and efficiency of navigation.
