围绕职业院校建筑工程类专业高技能人才培养,尤其是以武汉城市职业学院建筑工程学院为例,深入探究了美育渗透的路径和现实意义。研究过程中,将理论研究与教学实践紧密结合,全面调研专业课、通识课等第一课堂,以及学生活动、创新创业、心理健康、文化软实力、师德师风等第二课堂,在人才培养中进行美育渗透的情况。秉持“以美育人、以文化人”的理念,提出用“美育点亮学生心灵”,构建具有建筑工程类专业特色的美育实践路径模式。旨在通过在学生心中播撒社会主义核心价值观的种子,培养出能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。强调美育的终极目标并非仅仅局限于知识和技能的传授,而更在于培养积极的态度和高尚的境界,使美育在建筑工程学院弘扬工匠精神、培养专业技能和造就专业人才的过程中,发挥润物细无声的深远影响,助力建工学子成长为涵养“工匠精神”的新时代大国工匠。

Abstract:

This paper focuses on the talent training of architectural engineering major in vocational colleges, taking Wuhan City Vocational College as a specific case to conduct an exploration of the path for aesthetic education in talent training. In the research process, a combination of "theoretical research + teaching practice" was adopted to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the current situation of aesthetic education in the first classroom(professional courses, general education courses) and the second classroom(student activities, innovation and entrepreneurship, mental health, cultural soft power construction, and teacher ethics cultivation). Based on the concept of "educating people with aesthetics and nurturing people with culture", this paper puts forward the idea of "lighting up students' minds with aesthetic education" and constructs a practical path model of aesthetic education featuring the characteristics of architectural engineering majors. It is pointed out that the ultimate value of aesthetic education is not limited to the imparting of knowledge and skills,but more importantly, lies in fostering students' positive attitudes and noble realms. In this way, aesthetic education can play a profound role in promoting the craftsman spirit and cultivating professional skills.
