系统论视域下高职院校产教融合人才培养的定位与模式创新研究

摘要:

深化产教融合是推动现代职业教育高质量发展的核心引擎。针对当前高职院校产教融合实践中普遍存在的目标定位不清、主体协同不足、运行机制不畅、育人效能不彰等深层次问题,提出以系统论作为核心分析框架摆脱产教融合困境。结合系统论的整体性、关联性、层次性、动态性原理,对高职院校产教融合人才培养系统进行理论解构。运用系统思维,从战略定位、功能定位、价值定位、生态定位四个维度深度解析产教融合人才培养的科学定位,从运行机制、课程与教学、资源平台、评价体系四个角度提出高职院校产教融合人才培养新模式,促进高职院校实现办学能力高水平和产教融合高质量。

Abstract:

The integration of industry and education is the driving force for the high-quality development of modern vocational education. In response to the problems such as unclear goal positioning, insufficient collaboration, inefficient operation mechanism, and ineffective education in the practice of industry-education integration in vocational colleges, it is proposed to use Systems Theory as the analytical framework to overcome the dilemma. Based on the principles of integrity, correlation, hierarchy, and dynamism of Systems Theory,this paper conducts a theoretical deconstruction of the talent training system in vocational colleges. Using systems thinking, this paper analyzes the scientific positioning of talent training from four dimensions: strategy, function, value, and ecology. It proposes a new model for talent training in vocational colleges from four perspectives: operational mechanism, curriculum and teaching, resource platform, and evaluation system, aiming at achieving high levels of educational capacity and high-quality integration of industry and education.
