针对目前职业院校在校企协同育人方面存在的问题，以机械设计与制造专业为例，通过分析目前该专业人才培养的现状，提出校企合作协同育人对人才培养有着重要意义。基于实际情况，从人才培养方案制定、双师教师队伍培养等方面提出改进措施，以期为高职机械类专业实施产教融合、校企协同育人提供参考和借鉴，提高职业教育的办学活力，提升人才培养质量。

According to problems exiting in the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges, this essay takesMechanical Design and Manufacturing Specialty as an example,analyzes the current situation of talent training,points out that school-enterprise cooperation is of great significance for talent training, and puts forward some improvement measures from the aspects of personnel training scheme formulation and teaching staff training. It is expected to provide reference for the implementation of production-education integration and school-enterprise collaborative education in higher vocational mechanical majors, so as to improve the vitality of vocational education and the quality of talent training.
