现代学徒制是传统学徒制的一种自我革新和发展。本文以世界典型国家和地区现代学徒制的基本模式为研究对象,从职业教育的理论、法律保障和实施等角度分析其发展现状和主要特征。通过研究,以期对我国现代学徒制提供启示和借鉴。
Abstract：Modern Apprenticeship is a self-innovation and development of traditional apprenticeship.With the basic pattern of modern apprenticeship in several typical countries and regions as the sample,this essay discusses the current development and main features of modern apprenticeship from aspects of vocational education theory,legal guarantee and implementation,so as to provide reference for the development of modern apprenticeship in our country.
