当前的旅游职业人才培养模式已难以充分满足生产力发展的新需求,尤其在跨学科领域及新人工智能技术的实践能力培养方面存在明显不足,在旅游企业与学校双方的合作进程中,缺乏新的实践教学体系和实践教学内容。学校通过组建旅游服务与管理专业群,围绕旅游产业链和产业技术完善实践教学体系和内容,为现代旅游服务业的转型升级提供有力支撑,可促进我国旅游产业高质量发展。
Abstract:New-quality productive forces relies on cutting-edge science and technology, innovative production models, and efficient resource allocation methods to drive high-quality development of the economy and society.The elements of productive forces mainly include laborers, means of labor, and objects of labor. There is a close connection between practical teaching and each element of productive forces, among which laborers, as the core element, play a crucial role. The current talent cultivation model for the tourism industry is no longer sufficient to meet the new demands of productive force development, especially in the cultivation of practical abilities in cross-disciplinary fields and new artificial intelligence technologies. In the cooperation process between tourism enterprises and schools, there is a lack of new practical teaching systems and contents. By establishing a tourism service and management professional cluster, and improving the practical teaching system and contents around the tourism industry chain and industrial technology, it can provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of modern tourism services, and promote the high-quality development of China's tourism industry.
