针对68000 DWT MVP多用途纸浆船二甲板舱盖的特点——长度尺寸大,设计公差要求高;堆放座为箱体嵌入式结构,需满足多维度设计公差要求;端、侧梁与顶板设计为搭接形式,且搭接量与焊脚匹配度高。介绍了二甲舱口盖的制作工艺与方法,舱盖制作完工后进行柔性试验,对制作过程中的难点事项进行了详细的工艺方法说明。制作完工后的报验数据满足舱盖结构公差,符合设计要求,并能保证实际操作中的可靠性和稳定性,证明工艺方法合理可行。
Abstract:The characteristics of the tween deck hatch cover of 68000 DWT MVP multi-purpose pulp ship are as follows: the length is large, but the design tolerance is high; the stacking socket is a box embedded structure, but it should meet the requirements of multi-dimensional design tolerance; the connection form between end/side beam and top plate is designed as a lap form, and the matching requirement between lap and weld foot is high; the completion of the hatch cover requires flexible testing. This essay discusses the manufacturing technology of the tween deck hatch cover of multi-purpose pulp ship and explains the difficulties in detail. The inspection data after the manufacturing can meet the tolerance of the hatch cover structure and meet the design requirements, which proves that the technology method is reasonable and feasible.
