三十多年来中国经济飞速发展,高校扩招,高等教育步入大众化教育阶段,加之,新时期经济转型的加速,社会就业的压力十分巨大。加强在校大学生创业能力的培养对于缓解就业压力,意义凸显。本文从大学生创业能力培养的意义,存在的问题和对策等几方面作些思考,以作抛砖引玉之引。

Nowadays,college students undertake high employment pressure because of speeding of economic transformation and enrollment expansion which makes higher education step into mass education period.Strengthening the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial competence is becoming more and more meaningful.Aiming to promote more study,the author presents his thought on the significance,problem and solution of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial competence.
