提升教师职业道德修养，不仅是现代教育事业发展的要求，也是落实高校人才培养目标的需要。受传统教育观念、时代赋予的新任务、科学技术发展、知识结构体系等因素影响，教师职业道德修养也应该顺应形势不断提高。本文分析了教师职业道德修养的影响因素，探寻提升教师职业道德修养的有效路径，促进教育教学发展，实现教育现代化目标。

In the new era, improving teachers' professional ethics is not only the requirement for the development of modern education, but also the need for realizing the goal of talent training in colleges and universities. Influenced by traditional educational concepts, new tasks entrusted by the times, the development of science and technology, knowledge structure system and other factors, teachers' professional ethics should also be improved to meet the new requirements. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of teachers' professional ethics cultivation, explores the effective path to improve teachers' professional ethics, promotes the development of education and teaching, and realizes the goal of educational modernization.
